Shipment

Do you offer FREE shipment?

Yes we do within the European Union. Outside of the European Union we charge a 50 euro’s shipment fee.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide. To countries outside of the European Union we charge a 50 euro’s shipment fee.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Our product delivery schedule may vary depending on the items you order. Rest assured, we’ll contact you shortly after the Order Confirmation either by email or phone to discuss your product delivery schedule. Please note we produce every item on order and specially for you.

Usually we are able to ship your order within four weeks.

My sink arrived damaged, what do I do?

We understand that damage to your purchase can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement sink to be sent to you.

Samples

Can I order a Sample?

Certainly! We understand that choosing the right colour for your sink or furniture can be a difficult decision. To help you with this, we offer Concrete colour samples that can give you an indication of the colours available for larger items. You can enquire samples via sales@bendle.store.

Please note that these samples are for colour reference only, and the final finished product may differ in texture and tone. Our high-grade sealer is applied to all of our products, which can affect the final appearance. However, the colour samples can still give you a good idea of the colours available, and we encourage you to order them if you’re unsure about which colour to choose.

Orders & Returns

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account to place an order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. In the event that you need to return an item, please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note that we do have a 30% restocking fee on all returns, which covers the cost of processing and restocking the item. We appreciate your understanding and hope that this will not deter you from considering our products in the future.

How Do I Track My Order?

At Bendle, we take pride in handcrafting our products, which means that we often have a waiting list for our items. We understand that waiting for your order to be fulfilled can be frustrating, but we assure you that we’ll do our best to keep you updated every step of the way.

From the moment you place your order, we’ll send you regular updates via email. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and an estimated delivery date. We’ll also notify you once your order is being prepared, and we’ll provide you with regular updates on its status throughout the crafting and shipping process.

Concrete Characteristics

Are all the items exactly like on the visuals on your website?

Bendle specializes in crafting custom, hand-cast concrete art pieces that incorporate a range of natural materials. The artful blending of cement, pigments, and aggregate is a refined skill that produces a one-of-a-kind finish. The distinctive hues and surface textures of each piece are cherished, as they are what we consider to be the essence of concrete’s beauty and versatility in any setting.

It is expected that there will be natural variations in the patina, color, surface texture, and air pockets of the concrete, which are not deemed as imperfections or defects and do not compromise the structural stability of the item. Therefore the products we produce are never exactly like on our website as every item is unique and therefore slightly different.

Is it normal to see fibers on the surface of your concrete products?"

To ensure that our concrete items are robust and long-lasting, we use Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete (GFRC). While this material guarantees strength and durability, you may occasionally notice visible fibres on the surface of the concrete. Please note that this is not a defect, but rather evidence that your item has added reinforcement and stability.

Is it normal to see the aggregates, sand, or cement on the surface of your concrete products?

When we cast our concrete products using the traditional mixture of aggregates, sand, and cement, it is possible that these materials may occasionally become visible on the surface. However, this is not considered a flaw, but rather an inherent feature of the natural patina and texture of concrete.

Is it normal to see textual flow lines on the surface of your concrete products?

When concrete is poured in its liquid state, it is normal to expect the appearance of textual flow lines in some cases. These lines are more commonly seen in taller vertical pieces or curved items. Please note that this is considered a typical characteristic of concrete and adds to the natural charm and uniqueness of each piece.

Is it normal to see edge patination on the surface of your concrete products?

You may notice that some of our concrete items exhibit a more distinct patina on the edges, which creates a raw and textured appearance. This is a common and expected feature of concrete and does not have any impact on the structural integrity of the item.

Please note that this patination is a result of the natural curing process of concrete and adds to the unique beauty and character of each piece. The Bendle team really loves the slightly different edges. While we make every effort to ensure consistency in our products, please be aware that these variations are a normal part of working with concrete as a medium.

Is it normal to see crazing on the surface of your concrete products?

It is not uncommon for fine cracks to appear on the surface of our concrete items during the long curing process that occurs over their lifetime. Please be aware that this is a natural occurrence and does not impact the structural quality or performance of the concrete.

These cracks are typically minimal in size and can be easily addressed during the sealing process, which helps to prevent any potential internal issues from arising. Despite our best efforts to minimize the occurrence of cracks, it is important to note that they are a normal and expected part of the natural aging and curing process of concrete.
